Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can email us at info@chaymart.com.au with the subject as "Returns and Refunds" and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 343 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042

Chaymart is happy to refund products purchased if:

  • You were sent the incorrect item or size

  • The item you have purchased is expired, faulty or damaged when you receive them

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind

  • You purchased chilled/frozen products

  • The item has been opened, used or damaged

  • The item has been on sale

  • The item that is returned more than 7 days after the date that you received your order

Before we can approve for any return, refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging for investigation and inspection purposes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@chaymart.com.au.

Please note: If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us at info@chaymart.com.au as soon as possible. Changes or cancellation is only possible before we dispatch your order.
