Ingredients: Soybean and Water

Cooking method:

1. Deep fry Dou Chang until golden crispy. Drain and cut it in half.

2. Mix seasonings (soy sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 2 tbsp, sugar 1tbsp, sesame oil 1 tbsp, vegetarian stock 1/2 cup, white pepper dash) and bring to boil. Add in Dou Chang and braise until sauce thickens. Dish and sprinkle the chopped coriander on top. Ready to serve
